DS 160 question for H4 Applicant

Spouse had EAD and never used, going for H4 stamping, what should I fill for the following question?

Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? (Yes/No).

Answer: No.  Immigration Petition(I-140) was filed for husband.  If she's been the subject of separate immigration sponsorship(I-130, I-140, I-360) then "YES".
