Lost or Stolen Visa or I-94 What to do?

  • File a Police Report
  • Request Replacement of I-94(Visit Customs and Border Protection website)
  • Report Lost/Stolen to your Embassy
  • Report your Lost/Stolen to the U.S Embassy or Consulate Abroad
  • Applying for a Replacement US VISA in person at US Embassy or Consulate Abroad.
